Standard Delivery

We appreciate your order and we strive to ship our products in the timeliest and cost efficient manner. We will make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours after order is placed Monday-Friday. Orders received over the weekend, will be shipped within 2 business days.

We make every effort to ship our items via DHL or UPS ground service and will arrive 7-10 business days after your order is placed. Our larger, heavier or odd sized furniture items may be shipped via alternative shipping method to reduce shipping costs. We will work with you to ensure delivery satisfaction. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping information, including the tracking number. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO or FPO, please email us at customerservice@harbortrading.net for a shipping quote. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries.

Delivery Surcharge

Because furniture items are bulky and heavy, or odd sized, the cost to ship them is higher. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge that will be added to your order. This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges. This surcharge is listed at the end of each items description.

Please email us at customerservice@harbortrading.net for local delivery rates or to schedule a pick-up from our warehouse in Fife, Washington.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on merchandise total and delivery charges for all orders shipped in Washington State.

Back Orders

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of your order options. If your credit card was charged for an item not in inventory, a credit will be made within 24 hours of order being placed.
