Return Policy

We are proud of our Harbor Trading furniture and home accent products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Harbor Trading furniture and home accent products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange for your order within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise in original packaging via insured and prepaid shipper such as DHL or UPS. Please contact us at customerservice@harbortrading.net for assistance with your return and to receive a return authorization number before returning any merchandise.

Please include your original invoice with your return. If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Item Description/Name
  • Reason for Return
